Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 12 September 2024 in relation to the MOU between MBN Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., the wholly owned subsidiary of MYMBN and Yan An Ju (Xiamen) Group Co., Ltd. (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcement shall apply therein. The Company wishes to update that the MOU will be effective for a period of two (2) years, commencing on 1 January 2025 and ending on 31 December 2026. This announcement is dated 13 September 2024. |
