We refer to the prospectus of MYMBN dated 30 June 2023 in relation to the MYMBN’s initial public offering (“Prospectus”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus. The Board wishes to announce that the Acquisition has been completed on 28 July 2023 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Equity Transfer Agreement. Hence, Guangxi Nan Yang has become an 80% owned subsidiary of MYMBN.
